The Jazz Blues Assembly Line is great. Mark shows how to put licks together to make a solo. This is an important skill, since improvising consists of piecing together language you know. The course also includes some excellent language. The licks are sufficient to string together many solos, with strong harmonic content and great rhtymic phrasing.
Chord melody cafe has some great arrangements and is a terriffic series for someone wanting to expand their solo repetoire. |
