Hi! Barbara asked me to start start sharing some of my recent recordings. There are quite a few, but let's get things rolling with this bass-driven groove original, composed roughly six years ago and recorded just a couple of months ago. Btw, you might recognize the opening solo licks from the current home page audio clip.

You'll hear Benson influences throughout the head and solo, over a fairly simple set of verse chord changes: Dmaj7, F#7#5, Gmaj7, and A9sus. To hear "That's What I'm Talkin' About," click here.
